Spend some time on our unique Island! - Situated on a channel of water, which connects Paugus Bay and Lake Winnipesaukee, Channel Cottages offer a very unique atmosphere which is unequaled. Boats of all shapes and sizes may be viewed from the shore as they pass through the channel. It has been said that this boat parade is like a never ending movie.

Channel Cottages are completely refurbished, very clean and comfortable, offering many amenities, such as two private docks, private sandy beach, lawn games, 2 outdoor gas grills, at your door parking, and a Texaco Service Station/Food Mart. Pets are welcome, too!

Channel Cottages are very centrally located. They are a minute walk from Weirs Beach Board Walk. Restaurants, tax free shopping, drive-in theater, bowling, video arcades, churches, public beach, boat rentals, and amusements are nearby. Also, scenic excursion cruises, water slides, museums, go karts, and golf are in the immediate vicinity.
